Solar-Integrated Rainwater Infrastructure
The Mediterranean is drying. Ibiza's aquifers are saline and stressed, mains supply is a patchwork, and the August villa runs out before the season does. The answer was always above our heads.
The solar panels installed for energy generation are tilted glass, hydrophobic, self-cleaning, elevated above ground — the rainwater catchment surface we already paid for. Las Lluvias integrates the layer that nobody integrates. Solar in, rain out, certified to drinking-water standards, sized to the architecture of a single estate.
One brand, two expressions: the System (the infrastructure) and the Water (what it produces). Pilot programme in preparation. Pre-seed open to capital partners with Mediterranean estate or hospitality exposure.
